Incursion (Part 1) entertained people on June 4, 2010 and since then, we all knew there would be another part of the episode.

Well, the second part of the episode would also be entitled as Incursion (Part 2). This episode will be aired on June 11, 2010. The Syfy Network has not released any details about the episode, especially about the storyline of the episode. We are constantly looking for some information from them, if there comes any; we will surely let you guys know about it.

Aired on June 4, 2010, Incursion (Part 1) was a nice episode of the show. Once again, it proved why people love Stargate episodes. On this episode, people saw that The Lucian Alliance found a way to board the Destiny and took various crewmembers hostage.  We next saw Samantha Carter trying to locate the arrested Rush. Stargate SG-1 ran for ten successful seasons and Smallville has been announced with the tenth season.

So, which one is gonna be the longest running sci-fi show in the television history of North America? Well, chances are that Smallville would be crowned as the longest running sci-fi show as the show has been announced with tenth season and would most likely return with eleventh season after the end of the tenth season.

Well, this is something not acceptable to the fans of Stargate franchise. They want Stargate SG-1, the first TV series from Stargate franchise, to remain as the longest running one. It’s worth mentioning here that Stargate SG-1 entertained people a lot during its ten-season long run and received high ratings.

As of now, when Smallville has got closer to the record set by the show, Stargate SG-1 episodes fans seem worried. They want Smallville to get canceled so that they can say proudly say that their favorite show is the longest running in the television history of North America. Yeah guys, it’s done!

Stargate Atlantis actor Jason Momoa has been selected to play the role of Conan, The Barbarian. The production of new project will start in March 2010 and the new remake is by Marcus Nispel.  This 6 feet 5 inch guy won the heart of everybody and grabbed the character of Conan when there were several other names on the list.   Jason’s biggest contender was Twilight actor Kellan Lutz. Jason beats him out and secures the role of Conan for himself.

The latest news has confirmed that Marcus Nispel was very sure about the one (Jason Momoa) who will portray Conan on the remake but Millennium Films, Lionsgate and rights holder Paradox Entertainment were little skeptical.  Therefore, it was arranged to shoot test footage with Jason. After finishing it, film’s backers got quite confident and sure about the leading man of the movie.

Most of the TV shows fans know Jason Momoa as Ronon Dex of Stargate Atlantis.  Ronon meets the Atlantis expedition in Stargate Atlantis second season. He has been a runner since seven years. While talking about his role on Stargate Atlantis, Jason Momoa said that he think of Ronon as the Atlantis version of Chewbecca. After becoming a part of Atlantis expedition, Ronon replaces Aiden Ford on Sheppard’s team as he had developed some addictions.  His appearance on Stargate Atlantis has helped Jason to win name and fame throughout the world. His Stargate character is counted among the most appreciated TV appearances of his acting career.

As of now, the man is about to perform a legendary role. All his fans are crazy to watch him as Conan.

The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Stargate Universe has been renewed for a second season by MGM and Syfy. Mark Stern, Executive Vice President, Original Programming, Syfy & Co-Head, Original Programming, Universal Cable Productions announced it.

There will be twenty episodes during the run of the show. The filming for the upcoming episodes will begin in early 2010 and it would make its premiere in fall of 2010. The whole team of Stargate Universe is busy in making it a perfect season for fans. Scripts are being written and production is on the way. Robert Cooper and Bard Wright serve as the executive producers and writers of the show and it’s produced by MGM Worldwide Television Distribution. In the second season of the series, viewers will see a group of soldiers, civilians and scientists as they fend for themselves while combating against the shortage of food, water and air etc.

Well, before we catch the episodes of Stargate Season 2, we will be delivered the remaining episodes of Stargate Season 1. The first season will return with its remaining episodes in April 2010. The upcoming episode of first season is named Space. Till now, it has aired 10 episodes and 10 more have been announced by the network. It would be consisting of twenty episodes only.
